Handmade Ceramic Nature Inspired Rustic Vase

This delightful Vase was inspired by a Raphia farinifera seed pod. 
The vase is handbuilt and the seed pod rolled over to create texture to the clay. 

The glaze is a soft hue of green. The glaze was gently rubbed back prior to firing to allow small areas of clay body to provide a subtle contrast. Beautiful tactile. 

Made in my Cornish Studio in West Cornwall.
